Try not to get discouraged. Add one of more of the “10 steps to happiness” to your thinking every few days. Keep practicing these steps over and over and the steps will become second nature. They will become how you think.
It is similar to learning a new language, especially if you have been a “negative thinker” . Once you master “how to be happy”, you will have a sense of well-being and freedom.
